1.1. Digital Syndicate follows the principle of data minimization. Only information voluntarily provided by the user and necessary for direct interaction is processed.

1.2. Digital Syndicate does not sell personal data, create advertising profiles, or use the information received for third-party marketing.

2. USE OF DATA

2.1. Information may include contact details, the content of requests and correspondence, visual references, acquisition details, as well as data required for the creation, certification, physical materialization, or delivery of an artwork.

2.2. This information is used exclusively for communication, creation of the artwork, confirmation of its 1/1 status, certification, physical materialization, delivery, and directly related processes.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1. Contact details, visual materials, the content of requests, and private correspondence are treated as confidential information.

3.2. Access is limited to Digital Syndicate and, where necessary to fulfil a request, trusted technical or production services supporting the website, communications, storage, payments, certification, production, or logistics.

3.3. Personal data is not sold or transferred for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial use.

4. DATA DELETION

4.1. The user may request the deletion of personal information that is no longer required for an active order, acquisition, transfer, certification, or archival confirmation of 1/1 status.

4.2. Upon request, such personal data is removed from the active systems of Digital Syndicate. Minimal information required to confirm the authenticity, provenance, and unique 1/1 status of an acquired artwork may be retained in archival form.
