TERMS OF ACQUISITION AND CREATION OF 1/1 ARTWORKS
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1. These terms govern the relationship between ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE | DIGITAL SYNDICATE, hereinafter referred to as the «Artist», and an individual acquiring an existing 1/1 artwork or commissioning a custom artwork, hereinafter referred to as the «Client».
1.2. DIGITAL SYNDICATE is an independent artistic system based on unique 1/1 artworks, individual commissions, and the direct acquisition of artworks.
1.3. The core principle:
One Artwork. One Owner. No Replicas.
2. ARTISTIC AUTONOMY
2.1. The Client enters the process with full recognition of the Artist’s independent authorship and visual language.
2.2. Each artwork is created within Sculptural Digital Mannerism and according to the principle of «Identity Before Form.» The Artist retains final authority over composition, visual structure, proportions, atmosphere, and artistic execution.
2.3. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of the individual commission. The core visual language of ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE is not subject to reworking at the Client’s request.
2.4. The artwork does not define who the Client is or who they should become.
3. ACQUISITION, COMMISSION AND DELIVERY
3.1. The acquisition of an existing archive artwork and the creation of a private artwork are initiated individually through the official form or direct contact with ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE.
3.2. Work on a private artwork begins after the source materials and project parameters have been agreed. Once the commission has been confirmed and individual creative work has begun, the payment is non-refundable.
3.3. All settlements in RUB/USD/EUR are executed in the USDT equivalent, unless an alternative method is explicitly agreed upon.
3.4. The Client receives the final artwork and accompanying materials included in the selected acquisition format.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MATERIALIZATION
4.1. Copyright, source files, working materials, visual systems, texts, and the underlying intellectual property remain with ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE, unless expressly transferred in writing.
4.2. The Client receives only those rights to the artwork that are expressly defined by the terms of acquisition, including personal non-commercial display.
4.3. Physical materialization, printing, fabrication, or production of the artwork requires prior written authorization from ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE.
Any authorized materialization is carried out through ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE or an approved production partner in accordance with the agreed production parameters.
4.4. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, recoloring, regeneration, creation of derivative works, commercial use, sublicensing, or transfer of rights to third parties is prohibited.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND VERIFICATION
5.1. Materials related to an individual commission, visual references, and direct communication with the Client are treated as a confidential part of the interaction.
5.2. Official communication and verification are conducted through the form on the ARTHUR EXCLUSIVE website or directly by email.
